It’s about a RELATIONSHIP…not just a religion!

Today I am going to talk about why that being a Christian is Really Not just a religion but it is a Relationship. I will use some scriptures to help.

Christianity is not a Religion Bumper Stickers

Society today has really changed what being a “Christian” really is. Today a lot of people will accept the “title” of being a Christian and not following through with the actions. Some will even fall into being “religious” and still not do the actions in which a “true Christian” should do.

I have talked to several people as well as heard people say that they were Christians. You ask them, “Do you believe in God?” they say yes. You ask ,” You believe in Jesus and that He died on the cross and rose out of the grave?” some will say yes. Now if you ask them if they think that they would go to Heaven if they died right then, most will say they don’t know or no but that they would like to hope that they would. They have been asked if they read their bibles, pray, or go to church, most say  only when they are in trouble or feel that they need to or just said no.

How can you be a Christian if you aren’t doing these things. The answer is you CAN’T. All of that is just being “Religious” it is a False Hope. With that being said you shouldn’t put the label of Christian on you unless you truly want to fall into what a CHRISTIAN is supposed to do.

Being a true Christian is about a RELATIONSHIP not religion. Because religion can fade away but a relationship with God will not if you follow what He has told you. Also, religion can be taken away by others. A relationship is a personal private thing between you and God and nobody can take that away from you.

Being in a relationship requires work on both sides. Being religious will tell you God does all the work and you just receive everything and do nothing but just ask. Having a relationship is work. It isn’t always easy or pleasant just like our physical relationships with people. But, we give and take  from God and He will give and take from us. It is like I said once a marriage. You have to be intimate and communicate. You will spend time with the one you love and cherish. You will talk to them and share everything with them and love them. Also, if it is a good healthy marriage they will become One and really act and think just like one person instead of two. This is how are relationship is supposed to be with God.

Romans 5:8-11

(v.8)But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. (v.9)And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation. (v.10)For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his Son. (v.11)So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God.

This shows us that it is an actual RELATIONSHIP!

Relationship vs. Religion

It’s about unconditional love <3 Beloved<3

I know that people really don’t believe in unconditional love. But, it does exist. I would like to share more on that. I am going to start by talking about being beloved.

I am going to explain the word BELOVED: as it is mentioned in the Bible. God said that we are His beloved, that is so deep and stirring.

Beloved in Hebrew-הֶאָהוּב (he-ahuv)

in Hebrew means ‘beloved’ literally (derived from the root ’hb, ‘love’.) It is often used of people but can be used of other things too. A common pet name for one’s lover is ahuvi (m) or ahuvati (f), ‘my ahuv’. Works nicely in literary or informal contexts. This word, additionally, is the one that could stand on its own (as an adjective standing for a noun) the best. (Definite: he-ahuv.)

Beloved in Greek-Agapetos

in Greek means beloved, esteemed, dear, favourite, worthy of love

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:1-2 ESV

One of my favorite words in the Bible is the word beloved. It doesn’t appear in every version, but I think it’s a correct word for a key principle God is trying to teach us about His kind of love.

Often one of the hardest things for a person to do is to accept unconditional love. Perhaps it’s because the world is so void of that kind of love. The world often displays a love that is contingent on the recipient’s behavior or form of repayment of the love. It is a give and take kind of love…a “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours” kind of trade-off for love. Sadly, many marriages share this kind of conditional love, where spouses agree to love each other as long as they are given equal or greater love in exchange.

That is not at all, however, the love of God the Bible teaches. The word beloved in the previous verse literally means “ beloved, esteemed, dear, favorite, worthy of love”. It’s a word indicating an action on the part of the one doing the loving. The God of the universe, the same God who paints a sunset, shapes a mountain and plans the waves at the beach, has chosen to love us, not because of who we are, but because of who He is. Our role in this is to BE-LOVED.

Are you struggling to accept that kind of unconditional love? Have the circumstances of life caused you to question God’s love? Will you do me a favor? Take some time today to read Job chapters 38-42. Job was experiencing more heartache than any person should ever experience and he was questioning his situation and ultimately God’s love for him at the time. In these chapters, God answers his dilemma. It’s a challenging and encouraging read.

You and I may never fully comprehend the love of God, but for today we can be encouraged that we have been called “beloved” and we can anticipate learning about and receiving more of His kind of love.

In the New Testament “beloved” used exclusively of Divine and Christian love, an affection begotten in the community of the new spiritual life in Christ, e.g. “beloved in the Lord” (Romans 16:8). The beauty, unity, endearment of this love is historically unique, being peculiarly Christian. “Brethren” in Christ are “beloved” (1 Thessalonians 1:4 1; Corinthians 15:58 ;James 1:16; James 2:5). Many individuals are specified by name: Timothy (2 Timothy 1:2); Philemon (Philemon 1:1); Amplias, Urbane, Stachys, Persis (Romans 16:8, 9, 12), etc. The aged John is the conspicuous New Testament illustration of the depth and tenderness of Christian love. In his epistles alone he addresses his disciples 12 times as “beloved.” Paul terms “God’s elect” “holy and beloved” (Colossians 3:12).

The term rises to still Diviner significance as an epithet of Christ, whom Paul, grateful for His “freely bestowed” grace, terms “the Beloved.” This is the word used repeatedly to express God the Father‘s infinite affection for Jesus His “beloved Son” (Matthew 3:17; Matthew 12:18; Matthew 17:5 Mark 1:11; Mark 9:7 Luke 3:22; Luke 20:13).

So through it all remember that you are loved deeply and unconditionally. Times and things might not always be easy or appear that you are not alone in this life. But, I can tell you from my life and experiences that God is always there even when we can’t see or feel Him.

My Accident- Burn

Recently I had an accident at home. I was cooking and the pan I was using didn’t have the best of handles. I was boiling some meat and took it out. My 1 year old daughter was in there and I asked my 3 older children to get her out of there, and I would be in there in a minute. I went to drain the boiling water out of the pan and some went in the sink and most went down the front of both my legs and feet. I throw the pan in the sink and yell HOT! I then turn and look down at my legs, I was wearing jeans, they were steaming and felt like the heat was increasing. So, when realized this, I stripped out of my jeans. I looked down and only my left leg had gotten hurt. My top of my left knee and the outer side of my lower leg. The lower leg had peeled the skin off but the knee was just red and hot. At that moment the knee hurt worse than the lower leg. My husband who was in bed and was about to get up to get ready to go to work came flying in the kitchen to see what was wrong. My children looked with fear in their eyes. I explained what happen and then started to cry. It hurt! I hobbled to the couch and sat down and we looked at it. I didn’t want to go to the hospital. It was almost time for him to go to work and I just didn’t want to. But, I changed my mind and we ended up going to the ER. When we got there they temporarily wrapped it. They checked my vital signs and temp and all. Everything was normal even my blood pressure, which was amazing since now my  whole leg hurt bad, On the scale of 1-10 it was a 10. After the checking all this stuff I sat in the waiting room. I was called back to a room where it was hard to walk to but I did. My pain was a 7. We sat in there for 4 hours before anyone came in there. Not once, did I fuss or complain or yell. They got in there and asked what happened and I explained. Then  they unwrapped it and told me I had received 1st degree burns on my knee and 2nd degree on my leg said they would scar. They then gave me a shot of morphine and proceeded to cut off the loose skin. Then they put medicine on it and wrapped it. Came back with prescription  Then they said the would give us dinner vouchers since we had been in there so long and been patient and hadn’t cussed them out, which I wouldn’t do anyways, and so my husband, my baby girl , and I got to eat a free meal. It was more than enough food too. I could have been upset several times but I chose not to. I could have been mean but I chose not to. I could have blamed God and cursed Him, but I didn’t chose to. Instead I praised God for all that He had saved me from. He saved me from it being my baby or other children. He saved it from both my legs and feet. He saved it from being bad all over. I look at it like this, I went through this for a reason and it might just have been so I can relate to someone else’s hurt. But, either way I am so thankful and am praising God. You might think I’m crazy or odd but that’s your opinion. I know that God is real and He surrounds me daily and that I am thankful.

My Cry

My soul is longing for you Lord. I need more of you in my life and less of me. Move me out the way Lord. I just want to be your obedient servant. You are so worthy of Praise and Honor and so much more than I can give, but God I will give you all that I have. What you have given me I give back to you. Use me how you see fit God. Give me the boldness to do the things you have called me to do. I am so in love with you. There is a blazing fire in my belly. I don’t want the fire to be quenched. I want it to blaze for all eternity. I want to walk hand in hand with you. Stay in your presence that is where I belong. My heart worships you so loudly Lord. I get overwhelmed by you and your presence. But I want more of you; I can never get enough Holy Father. I can’t get enough of you, you are my beloved and I am yours. Mold me into who you want me to be. You are so beautiful to me. I feel like Mary when she came into the room and broke the alabaster box over your feet and cleaned them with her tears and dried your feet with her hair and anointed you. I just want to sit at your feet and worship you with all that I have and all I am. I just want to show you how thankful I am and how much I truly love you. Even if my whole earthly world crumbled I would never deny you, I would still serve you. I can not lie, my flesh would hurt and be weak but my spirit couldn’t toss you out. You have done so much for me whether I knew it or not. I can never forget what you did for me.

Just Talkin’ #1: Looking Back

Image

So much to say, don’t know where to begin. There are so many things that I can think back on and say wow I didn’t know that then or see it like that. There are number of stories I can tell about my life that I can now see how God was there and moving on my behalf, when I had no idea and it might not have felt like He was. I know without a doubt that I can’t do anything without Him. I am so grateful that He loved and still does love me and wanted me for Himself. It is an amazing feeling to be truly loved. To be truly loved and know that the ONE that loves you will never hurt you, never leave you , never let you down, will always be there, will always hold you up when your down or you can’t go on. It wasn’t until I was seeking after the deeper things of God that I began to realize these things. Like I said earlier I now can see how God was Always there with me, sometimes I would shove Him away I didn’t know if I could believe in this and if I could trust Him like it talked about in the Bible. I later on realized I couldn’t go on without Him. He was everything to me and the passion that drove me. He was always the peace that I felt inside. I needed Him and the peace He gave me cause I had none anywhere else, everything was chaos, and falling apart.

Wilderness Experience

I know that in my life I have experienced, what seemed like a dry time in my walk with God and that He had left me all alone. Some of you  may have been or are experiencing this or something similar. This can be described  as a Wilderness Experience. What is a wilderness? Most of you know that it is any desolate, barren, or unpopulated area. In Hebrew the word for wilderness is Midbar.  The word wilderness from Dabar is in the sense of driving. A pasture that is an open field, whither cattle are driven;by implication a desert is also speech including its organs.

Psalm 63:1-11 (The Living Bible)

(v.1) O God, my God! How I search for you! How I search for you! How I thirst for you in a parched and weary land where there is no water. How I long to find you! (v.2)How I wish I could go your sanctuary to see your strength and glory, (v.3) for your love and kindness are better to me than life itself. How I praise you! (v.4) I will bless you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. (v.5) At last I shall be fully satisfied; I will praise you with great joy. (v.6) I lie awake at night thinking of you (v.7) of how much you have helped me- and how I rejoice through the night beneath the protecting shadow of your wings. (v.8) I follow close behind you, protected by your strong right arm (v.9) But those plotting to destroy me shall go down to the depths of hell (v.10) They are doomed to die by the sword, to become food for jackals. (v.11) But I will rejoice in God. All who trust in him exult, while liars shall be silenced. We also have to go through these steps in growing just like children: first you’re a baby, then a toddler, a young child, a pre-teen, a teenager, a young adult, adult, and finally a mature adult. These different stages are not always easy and pleasant but once you have overcome and moved on, they seem easier to endure. Even if we know the call we have to gain the knowledge and understanding for it to work properly. God is the parent, who has provided for and trained His children, then He places us down and backs away. He is still close to if we get hurt or need Him, He will be there to lift us up.

Matthew 14:25-33 (Living Bible)

(v.25) About four o’clock in the morning Jesus came walking on the water! (v.26) They screamed in terror, for they thought he was a ghost (v.27) But Jesus immediately spoke to them, reassuring them “Don’t be afraid!” he said. (v.28) Then Peter called to him: “Sir, if it is really you, tell me to come over to you, walking on the water.” (v.29) “All right,” the Lord said, “come along!” So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water towards Jesus. (v.30) But when he looked around at the high waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me,Lord!” he shouted. (v.31) Instantly Jesus reached out his hand and rescued him. ” O man of little faith,” Jesus said. “Why did you doubt me?” (v.32) And when they climbed back into the boat, the wind stopped. (v.33) The others sat there, awestruck, “You really are the Son of God!” they exclaimed.

Just as Jesus did for Peter when he was sinking, after he had been walking along on  the water, Jesus will help us. You noticed it said Jesus INSTANTLY reached out His hand and rescued him. Our God is an instant God, he doesn’t have to come up with a plan or wait for a certain number of days to accomplish something. He is a here and now God. We look at what we see and forget about what God has promised us and also gave us the We lose sight of God and our faith falls but He will pick us up and remind us to trust in Him. He is our shepherd and He will never lead us into a trap or somewhere that will hurt us. He might take us to a steep mountain with challenging areas in it but He will always guide us. We have to listen and be obedient to our master.

Acts 5:29 b (Living Bible) says: “We must obey God rather than men.”

Our flesh will say do what everyone else is doing while God is sending us in a different direction.

Psalm 44:17-26 (Living Bible)

(v.17) And all this has happened, Lord, despite our loyalty to you. We have not violated your covenant. (v.18) Our hearts have not deserted you! We have not left your path by a single step. (v.19) If we had, we could understand your punishing us in the barren wilderness and sending us into darkness and death (v.20) If we had turned away from worshipping our God, and were worshipping idols, (v.21) would God not know it? Yes, he knows the secrets of every heart. (v.22) But that is not our case. For we facing death threats constantly because of serving you! We are like sheep awaiting slaughter.(v.23) Waken! Rouse yourself! Don’t sleep, O Lord! Are we cast off forever? (v.24) Why do you look the other way? Why do you ignore our sorrows and oppression? (v.25) We lie face downward in the dust. (v.26) Rise up, O Lord, and come and help us. Save us by your constant love.

Sometimes we are in a wilderness. We don’t always realize it to begin with. It can often feel like we are being punished for something we did because we don’t realize where we are. But it is in the wilderness where we will cast down that we loved, which involves sanctification and put to death and bury the things that hold us back from God and His will. It is also a time of cleansing and renewing of the mind and spirit. God will instill in us new things, secret things, things of the Kingdom, if we allow to. This is also the place where growth takes place and we mature.

Isaiah 35:6 (Living Bible)

(v.6) The lame man will leap up like a deer, and those who could not speak will shout and sing! Springs will burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.

In the wilderness is where signs, wonders, and miracles are birthed. It is a place with nothing but the mighty power of God. Also, we have to believe things to be as they are not to the physical eye.

Luke 5:16 (Living Bible)

(v.16) Jesus withdrew to the wilderness to spend alone time with God, grow, and to let God get the glory!

The reason that it is a wilderness is that it is just you and God. There are no distractions, and it is a time of intimacy. God wants us all to grow more in Him.

Hungry…What Kind Of Hungry Are You?

I am sure that we all know what it feels like when we are hungry. When we feel that hunger we do whatever it takes to satisfy that hunger. Let’s look at the word hungry for a minute. Hungry means having a desire, craving,or need for. Some more meaning are strongly or eagerly desirous, lacking needful or desirable elements, aggressively ambitious or competitive. This can be applied to the Spirit. God wants us to be absolutely hungry for Him. He wants us to seek and do whatever it takes to get more of Him in us,filling us up. We should strive to always be hungry for God and push ourselves to be filled more and more with Him and His ways.

In Psalm 34:8 it says, ” O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. ” In this scripture it states that we have to TASTE and see that the Lord is good, which implies that we were hungry and the only way to cure hunger is to eat. So, we are to seek Him. The ways we are to seek Him is in prayer, reading His Word(The Bible), and fasting. This is how we will taste and see that the Lord is good.

In Psalm 107:5 it says, ” Hungry and thirsty, their souls fainted in them.” Fainted means lacking strength, clarity, boldness,or courage. This is another reason we have to seek God and He will feed us who are hungry and fill us up and make us strong in Him and His Ways.

In Psalm 107:9 it says,”For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.” Goodness means state or quality of being good, moral excellence, virtue, kindly feeling, kindness,or generosity. Our souls long for the things of God. We were created in His image which is Spirit. We were created to have fellowship with Him daily.
In Psalm 34:10 it says,” The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.”When we first got saved we had a desire and hunger for God unlike anything we had experienced. We lacked the knowledge and strength that God would give us from seeking Him. It was something that we had to walk into, it didn’t just happen. If we seek God we won’t desire just things but the things of God no matter how pleasing they may seem.

In Luke 1:53 it says,”He hath filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he hath sent empty away.” There are people that call themselves seeking God but it is just a show and they won’t be rewarded or filled with the goodness of God. Those who truly seek after Him will receive the good things He has to offer them. He loves to see the devotion of His people to Him. God loves to be exalted above everything and that is how it should be.

There are a lot of souls out there that are hungry for God and don’t even know it. They know they are searching for something and haven’t figured out that it is God. That is why us as the “church” or “body” are to be out doing things and telling people about the God that we love and hunger after. People should see the hunger that we have for God and it should just be contagious. We should be showing them how to fill up that hunger with Him and not the things that please our flesh. Then there are those of you who have become complacent and have allowed that hunger to pretty much die out. You have killed it and your Spirit is suffocating. You need a good shaking to make you hungry again.

Just think about how privileged we are here in this country. We can openly serve God and most people try to hide or suffocate the God in us. They say to themselves it is okay to be a Christian and serve God openly on Sunday and at church but not during the week or out in public, people might talk about me and not like me. This is a lot of people’s mentality today. In other countries they can be killed for talking about God, praying, meeting at an underground church, or having a Bible, these are all things that most of us take for granite. Those people have a hunger for God and they don’t let anything stop them from being filled up with God. They have a true passion and desire for God and His Ways. We should all get to that place.

If your married, you remember when you first met your spouse, that you desired to spend all your time, energy, effort, and love with them and studying them. We should be experiencing the same things for God. We can always give God more, even if you think you have given it all to Him. I can assure you there is something or someplace in your life that He wants you to give Him. We are to be so hungry for God and His ways that we surrender our ways and thoughts and take on His.

You Have A Calling…

God‘s got a call on each one of our lives. God is calling you to do the things that He has planned out for you and your life before you were born. In Jeremiah 1:5 it says this:

Jeremiah 1:5 NLT“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my spokesman to the world.”

This shows us that God has a unique plan for us. He has allowed us to make the decisions that will lead up to what He has had planned out for us all along. We go through things to be able to relate and testify to others who are going through the same stuff that we have been through. We are then proof that God can bring you out of the situation and turn it all around for the good. But you have to really desire God and what He wants for you and your life. God will reveal to you the area that He has called you to. He will not call you to something that He hasn’t prepared you for.

There is a price to pay for the calling and truly walking in it. You have to truly want it. The journey for it will not be easy but it will be worth it. In all things remember what all Jesus paid for us. We are so unworthy compared to Him. So, the things we will face are so small in comparison but are worth it also. We will have freedom in God and we will help lead others to that freedom. So we need to always look to God even when we are paying the price for the call on our lives. It can be tough,I know. There are times that you might just want to quit. That is when you have to push yourself and think about the one person that is relying on you to tell them about Jesus so that they won’t go to hell for all eternity.

The narrow road that says a lot in itself. There are a lot of things that can’t be taken down the narrow road. The Bible talks about the narrow road in Matthew 7:13-14 it says this:

Matthew 7:13-14 NLT

13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose the easy way. 14 But the gateway to life is small, and the road is narrow, and only a few ever find it.

This tells us that we have to life holy sanctified lives to make it down that narrow road. The sacrifices that we make here on earth will be rewarded far more greatly in heaven.

Talk to God today and listen to Him. He will talk back and see what He has planned for you and your life.

Defeat the Enemy

The Lord will move for you if you will let Him. Call out to Him. Believe with all your heart and soul. Long for Him. Be faithful to Him, His Words, and His Ways. Stand up strong and mighty through Christ Jesus. The trumpets are blowing and it is time for us to take charge. We will conquer over the evil that is set before us.

Psalm 111:1-10 (New Living Translation)

1Praise the LORD!I will thank the LORD with all my heart as I meet with his godly people.

2How amazing are the deeds of the LORD! All who delight in him should ponder them.

3Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty. His righteousness never fails.

4He causes us to remember his wonderful works. How gracious and merciful is our LORD!

5He gives food to those who fear him;he always remembers his covenant.

6He has shown his great power to his people by giving them the lands of other nations.

7All he does is just and good, and all his commandments are trustworthy.

8They are forever true,to be obeyed faithfully and with integrity.

9He has paid a full ransom for his people. He has guaranteed his covenant with them forever. What a holy, awe-inspiring name he has!

10Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true wisdom. All who obey his commandments will grow in wisdom.Praise him forever!

We just need to rely on God and do things His Way.

Joshua 10:6-13 (New Living Translation)

6The men of Gibeon quickly sent messengers to Joshua at his camp in Gilgal. “Don’t abandon your servants now!” they pleaded. “Come at once! Save us! Help us! For all the Amorite kings who live in the hill country have joined forces to attack us.”

7So Joshua and his entire army, including his best warriors, left Gilgal and set out for Gibeon. 8“Do not be afraid of them,” the LORD said to Joshua, “for I have given you victory over them. Not a single one of them will be able to stand up to you.”

9Joshua traveled all night from Gilgal and took the Amorite armies by surprise. 10The LORD threw them into a panic, and the Israelites slaughtered great numbers of them at Gibeon. Then the Israelites chased the enemy along the road to Beth-horon, killing them all along the way to Azekah and Makkedah. 11As the Amorites retreated down the road from Beth-horon, the LORD destroyed them with a terrible hailstorm from heaven that continued until they reached Azekah. The hail killed more of the enemy than the Israelites killed with the sword.

12On the day the LORD gave the Israelites victory over the Amorites, Joshua prayed to the LORD in front of all the people of Israel. He said,

“Let the sun stand still over Gibeon,

and the moon over the valley of Aijalon.”

13So the sun stood still and the moon stayed in place until the nation of Israel had defeated its enemies.

Depression…

Depression effects a lot of people in the world today, people from all economic ranges old and young alike. This is a tuff time for a lot of people losing their jobs and their income decreasing or stopping altogether. This has added more things that pressure on people and a lot of them have no idea how to handle it. This stuff has just added to the many reasons that people of all ages have been depressed.

Here are some things that people have or do when they are depressed:

Anxiety

Proverbs 17:22 (God’s Word Translation)

A joyful heart is good medicine, but depression drains one’s strength.

Others can talk us in to doing things we wouldn’t  normally do because we just don’t care at this point. We are searching for something and hope that someone has the answers.

School, work, and relationships can be very stressful. You are always out trying to please someone and not let them down.

Some people seek love and affect and turn to sex for that. Most just have flings or one night stands which later, when they are all alone makes them feel even worse and disused about themselves. Some might even turn to prostitution.

People turn to suicide when they have hit bottom,it seems nobody cares or loves you, and you are just tired of going on and fighting.

In today’s society feeling that you look good and are smart is stressed so much.

All of these things are very serious problems. Society and some Doctors want to tell you it’s a medical condition that even with treatment can’t be helped totally. That is because it is a spirit that has crept up on you. Only God can fully heal you of this disease. This is a disease caused by spirits to make you kill yourself or others.

I know about this because I once to dealt with this spirit. I was out to harm myself in any and every way that I could to try to get out of the hopeless pit that I somehow managed to have fallen in. But nothing I did helped it always made me feel worse and even more depressed. I was on the verge of taking my life because I saw no hope and saw I was getting further and further down. Then one night as I was sitting in my bedroom crying out, I wanted help, I needed help, I had the knife in my hand crying. When I heard God talk to me and told me that He loved me and He wanted me. I was saved (a Born Again Christian) before and I had back slidden. I never once asked God for help or seeked Him I left Him. Yet, He came running to comfort me when I truly desired help. God can heal all things. We just have to trust in Him and believe that He will do it.

If you need help with depression or any other the things that were listed, you can call on God and He will help if you truly in your heart want His help.
